Personality: He is usually referred to as a "very wild, but, very smart crazy man". Against opponents in combat, he has been known to outmaneuver people with just tactics nevertheless, speed. And upon defeating an opponent, he usually just downright spits on them, and when he kills then, he tears their body to shreds. He has a very strong blood lust that he is actually very good at retaining, although, when he gets way too pumped up for a match, that easy detainment starts to wither away slowly but surely and soon it's not only his intelligence that fights, it's also his blood lust. Outside of fighting, he loves to exercise and eat, getting enough protein to last, and an exercise to skimmer down the weight scale. He is just...crazy. Likes: Looting, robbing, fighting for the hell of it.
Dislikes: Losing a battle, having to retreat from a close or near victory.
History:Willy had grown up in luxury. Grown up in the Nation of Nabooti, he was used to luxury until the day he turned ten years old, when pirates had raided his home, slain his parents in front of his eyes, and taken his most prized possessions. He was, at first, petrified, but then after looking at the things they were getting to do in mere seconds...well...excited him. This is when his insanity started to start. He asked the pirate captain of that ship if he could join. The pirate agreed and sailed off. Ten years later, when he was 20, Willy was the first mate of that ship, and was a true pirate. He was now planning to overthrow the captain at the next stop. At a very well known part of the Degasian Empire, their ship stopped at the docks and started raiding and looting. Once the captain and first mate got off, meaning Willy, Willy shot the captain and called the pirates back, as he needed a crew. They went to steal the Degasian ship the S.S Titan II and sailed away, firing at oncoming intruding ships, blowing them all up and sailing into the horizon... This guy has a twin. That twin has the same History as this guy and Personality as well. They are very often mixed with each other.
